The test task is unpaid and part of the application process. It's how we make sure every designer in the pool meets industry standards of quality — so it’s your chance to shine.

Q: How long does the review take?

Usually, it takes up to 2 days. In some cases, it may take slightly longer depending on the volume of submissions. Please don’t worry if your submission remains under review for a few days, as every submission is carefully evaluated.

Q: Is joining the creator pool a guarantee of work?

Joining the creator pool does not guarantee immediate work. When a matching project does come through, we'll contact you directly. You can then decide whether you’d like to proceed under the provided terms.

Q: What happens if my submission is not approved?

Not every submission makes it through and that's okay. We recommend going back to the guidelines to see where things didn't align. Other openings may be a better fit, and you're welcome to apply again.
