You agree and understand that Wirestock will keep the remaining fifty (50%) percent of each month’s Marketplace Subscription Revenue. You agree and understand that the monthly amount you earn and the method by which Wirestock determines your earnings each month from the month’s Total Contributor Share will be determined by Wirestock, in its sole discretion, and Wirestock may change how it calculates your compensation from month to month, without advance notice to you. You agree and understand that the specific method by which Wirestock determines, in its sole discretion, how to compensate you from the month’s Total Contributor Share will be published in Wirestock’s FAQs, found here, and the FAQ related to Marketplace compensation is hereby incorporated by reference into these terms.

Subject to the above, Wirestock will generally determine your monthly compensation from the Total Contributor Share based on (1) the month’s total downloads of Free Content (“Free Downloads”) and the month’s total downloads of Paid Content (“Paid Downloads”); (2) whether you contribute Free Content or Paid Content to the Marketplace; (3) how many times your Free Content and Paid Content is downloaded for that month, including as a proportion of all Free Downloads and all Paid Downloads; and (4) what weight Wirestock, in its sole discretion, assigns to the month’s Free Downloads and to the Paid Downloads.

You understand that if you have no Free Content in the Marketplace, then you will not be paid any part of the Free Content Revenue Share, as explained in Wirestock’s FAQs, for the month; similarly, if you have no Paid Content in the Marketplace, then you will not be paid any part of the Paid Content rRevenue sShare, as explained in Wirestock’s FAQ, for the month.

How do I get paid for my content downloads on Wirestock Marketplace?

We split the monthly revenue generated from marketplace subscriptions 50/50 with our creators. Whether your content is part of our premium or free content library, the more it gets downloaded, the more you earn. The calculation of your share of this revenue may vary each month. Factors influencing your monthly earnings include the total number of downloads your content receives relative to the total marketplace downloads.

How is free content selected for the Wirestock marketplace?

All creators have the option to contribute to our free content library—a great way to gain extra visibility. You can opt in (or out) through your account settings. If you choose to participate, a small selection of your content will be tagged as free on Wirestock marketplace. This not only helps grow the marketplace but also drives more downloads to your portfolio, including your premium content. Think of it as an investment in your visibility and a way to attract more interest to your work.
