Payments

When do I receive my Payment? Do I need to make a request?

The payments are automatically processed on the first week of the month. You will receive the earnings generated during the previous month, as long as the Balance has reached the minimum amount set in your Account Settings. There is no need to file a payment request.

How are my earnings calculated?

Earnings are calculated based on the agreed fee at the project's commencement. All earnings from approved submissions are credited to the Dashboard before the next payout.

What are the Payment methods available?

Currently, Payoneer and PayPal are supported.

What is needed for a payout?

All the payment details in Wirestock Account Settings should be completed before the payout to ensure successful processing. Tax Information is also required.

How can I keep track of my earnings and payments?

All the details about Earnings can be found on the Dashboard, and the payment details on the Payout History.

What are the quality requirements?

Specific requirements for each project are shared with the contributor separately.

What is a Permission form?

All content featuring identifiable people and intellectual/private property must have a signed model or intellectual property permission form. This ensures that the content can be used commercially without any legal issues. An existing permission can be submitted or it can easily be created in the Permissions section.

How long does the review process take?

Depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of submitted media, it’ll be reviewed in up to 5 business days.

What are the content statuses?

  1. Draft: media has been uploaded but is not complete and hasn’t been submitted for review. Make sure that all the required fields are filled before submitting.

  2. Submitted: Wirestock content team has successfully received the media and it’s pending review.

  3. Action Needed: some corrections are required for the media to be acceptable for the project it’s been submitted for. Check the note added for details.

  4. Approved: the media has been accepted for the project and you’ll be paid for it.

  5. Not accepted: the media didn't follow the requirements of the project
